§ VII-84 Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals: zoning appeals.

Appeals from the Zoning Commissioner shall be determined by the Board and shall be taken
pursuant to law. Upon such appeals, the Board shall have such powers and be subject to such
restrictions as may be provided by law. The Board, after public hearing, may grant special individual
exceptions to the provisions of the zoning ordinances or regulations as provided by law.
